We understand the sensitivity around what we do and fully appreciate the requirement to keep our work confidential and discreet for every client we service. All of our staff sign a non-disclosure agreement and mobile phones are not permitted on site at any time.

Our dedicated Property Manager will help and guide you to the correct current market value of your property, find your next home using our network of property contacts, and negotiate your fee with us. We truly believe a vendor involved in all of the big decisions is a happy vendor. Everything is negotiable as no two sales or purchases are ever the same. Once you have sold or found your next home we can then arrange your removal requirements using our relocation services which you can see below, completing your whole sale and move with us, taking away any unnecessary stress usually caused in the process.

STORAGE
Not your average storage
Elite Fortress is one of only a handful of storage providers in the UK that can offer dehumidified storage by using industry grade dehumidifiers and in-built thermohygrometers.
These reduce and maintain humidity, which is a key differentiator from domestic storage units, which simply reduce humidity. This is vital to stop excessive drying out which can cause some materials such as leather, to crack due to lack of moisture; in turn it stops excess moisture ruining soft furnishings and clothes.

We also have maximum security deposit boxes to ensure we can safely store all of your jewellery and valuable items.
